The Re-view

Dragonette: Let It Go (Official Music Video)

If you enjoyed or empathised with Robyn’s creative dance moves in her video for ‘Call Your Girlfriend’, you may find comfort in the fact that uncoordinated choreography seems to be the new in thing.

Welcome to the new music video from Canadian electronic band Dragonette, set inside some psychiatric ward where lead singer Martina Sorbara is under examination from her fellow band members Joel Stouffer and Dan Kurtz.

‘Let It Go’ is the first single to be taken from the band’s forthcoming third studio album, the follow up to 2009’s ‘Fixin’ To Thrill’.

It’s a great pop track and it would be great to see Dragonette achieve some international success with their own material, having previously collaborated on Martin Solveig’s ‘Hello’ and co-written and produced Nicola Robert’s second single ‘Lucky Day’ last year.
