Alyssa Reid: The Game (New single)

Canadian singer Alyssa Reid has revealed that her second UK single release will be a remixed version of her track ‘The Game’, featuring a guest contribution from US hip hop legend Snoop Dogg.

‘The Game’ was released in her homeland last year as the follow up to her only big song to date, ‘Alone Again’. It is the title track from Reid’s debut album and the original version you can hear here heavily samples her breakthrough hit, which of course itself sampled Heart’s ‘Alone’.

In danger of swallowing herself up? Well, apparently there is already a version of ‘The Game’ which replaces the heavy ‘Alone Again’ sample with original lyrics. 

Either way, I don’t mind this, but the Snoop remix will be released in the UK on 20 August.
